Dear Bonnie, Can you believe it? I just
celebrated one year in my new home!
Yes, it's been a whole year since we searched for my dream home
and I got settled in - and I couldn't be happier. I was thinking back to
how I gave you a list of "requirements" for the home I was looking for; you
took that list seriously, and helped me find just the right house for me.
I
realize I had several expectations that were a bit unusual, but you told me to
be patient - we'd find what I was looking for.
I
recall you saying, "We'll find it!" Bonnie, YOU were a real blessing to me
in the whole process of the search for my home. You took me seriously, and
you really LISTENED to what I wanted. Yes,
you found several houses that pretty much met all my requirements, but you also
pushed me to look further and consider other possibilities. It was your
guidance that brought me to the best house for me.
I look forward
to many more happy years here. Thank you for your help, your diligence, your
patience, your knowledge, and your calm demeanor
 throughout the entire process. I can personally attest
to the fact that the right realtor can make all the difference. You
certainly have for me.
